All figures below are body measurements in inches (circumference). Measure around the fullest part of your bust, your natural waist, and the fullest part of your hips, then match each to the closest size. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Fit: Medium stretch, true to size — a flattering sculpted fit with built-in shaping that moves with you.
Hand wash recommended in cold water using a mild detergent to maintain fabric quality and color.
If machine washing, use a gentle cycle with cold water and place the garment in a laundry bag.
Do not bleach as it may damage fabric fibers and alter colors.
Do not tumble dry; instead, lay flat or hang to air dry in shade to avoid shrinkage and fading.
Iron on low heat or use a steamer for delicate and formal fabrics.
For embellished, silk, satin, or heavily embroidered pieces, professional dry cleaning is recommended.
Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric to maintain shape and structure.
Store garments in a cool, dry place, preferably hung on padded hangers to prevent creasing.

Free shipping covers standard delivery only. Customs duties, destination VAT, import taxes, clearance fees and surcharges (remote-area, address-correction, re-delivery, return, refused-delivery or return-to-origin) are not included and, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility. Optional express or upgraded delivery is charged at checkout.

- GCC (Saudi, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): shipped Delivered Duty Paid — standard import duties & taxes are handled by Somarelle. Saudi orders over AED 999 may need National ID details; Oman orders require customer ID for customs.
- Qatar & other international: duties and taxes, where they apply, may be collected by the courier or customs on delivery.
Processing & tracking: orders usually process within 1 business day; tracking is sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Holidays and peak periods may add time. Please enter accurate delivery and customs details — fees from incorrect addresses, refused or failed delivery, remote areas or unpaid duties may be charged to the customer.

Return window (from delivery):
- UAE: 7 days
- International (GCC, Europe & UK, USA, Australia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Türkiye, Georgia, Israel and other eligible destinations): 14 days
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in original condition, with all tags, hygiene stickers, protective seals and packaging fully attached, and free from perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, odor, damage or signs of wear. Please request approval before sending anything back.
Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect (or where covered by applicable law). Refunds cover the product price; original and return shipping and any duties or courier charges already incurred are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked, insured return service.
Exchanges (UAE): one free exchange pickup for eligible size or product exchanges, subject to approval; any additional UAE pickup is AED 25.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll cover return shipping and provide a full refund, replacement or exchange — your choice.
Cancellations: once payment is processed we may be unable to change or cancel an order (size, color, address and similar) due to our fast fulfillment. If it has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives under the conditions above.
Non-returnable: for hygiene reasons, intimate items, bodysuits, or any product with the hygiene seal or protective sticker removed cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.
EU & UK: you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel for any reason; where this applies your refund includes the standard delivery cost originally paid. Change-of-mind return shipping remains the customer's responsibility.
