Somarelle is a fashion brand based in the United Arab Emirates.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, account holders, and users of our website.
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Somarelle reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective once published on this page.

Somarelle makes every effort to display product information as accurately as possible, including product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, images, and details.
However, slight variations may occur due to:

- Production batches
- Fabric or finishing differences
- Natural fit differences from person to person
All products are subject to availability.
Somarelle reserves the right to limit product quantities, discontinue products, remove items from the website, or update product information at any time without prior notice.
3. Built-In Support & Fit Disclaimer
Somarelle products may be designed with built-in support, contouring structure, and shaping features to help create a smooth, refined silhouette.
Fit, comfort, compression, and shaping results may vary depending on body shape, size selection, garment style, fabric, and personal comfort preference.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide carefully before placing an order.
If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the size that provides the most comfortable fit.
Somarelle does not guarantee identical fit results for every customer, as each garment may sit differently depending on individual proportions, body shape, and styling preference.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AED — United Arab Emirates Dirham, unless otherwise stated.
Prices may include or display applicable taxes where required by law. For UAE orders, any applicable UAE tax or VAT will be shown and calculated at checkout where required.
Product prices may vary by country or region due to market-specific pricing, logistics costs, shipping arrangements, duties, taxes, currency display, operational costs, or promotional conditions.
Somarelle reserves the right to apply different pricing, offers, shipping fees, free shipping thresholds, payment methods, or product availability by market.
Somarelle reserves the right to update prices, promotions, discounts, shipping fees, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Cash on Delivery within the UAE only, where offered
- Tamara for eligible UAE orders, where available at checkout
- Tabby for eligible UAE orders, where available at checkout
- Other approved payment methods displayed at checkout
Orders will only be processed once payment authorization has been successfully completed.
For Cash on Delivery orders, Somarelle reserves the right to verify customer details before confirming dispatch.
Tamara & Tabby Payment Options
Tamara and Tabby may be available for eligible UAE customers only, subject to availability at checkout and approval by the respective payment provider.
Eligibility, payment schedules, late fees, approvals, declines, refunds, disputes, and account-related matters for Tamara or Tabby are handled according to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.
Somarelle does not control approval decisions made by Tamara or Tabby.
If a refund is approved for an order paid through Tamara or Tabby, the refund will be processed according to the payment provider’s refund process and timelines.
Customers remain responsible for completing any payment obligations with Tamara or Tabby according to the provider’s terms until the approved refund is completed by the provider.
5. Order Processing & Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the contact details provided at checkout where available.
Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
Somarelle reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order in cases including but not limited to:
- Payment failure
- Incorrect customer information
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
- Inventory limitations
- Misuse of discount codes or promotions
- Delivery restrictions
- Failure to provide required customer information for international shipping or customs clearance
- Failure to verify order details when requested
If an order is cancelled by Somarelle after payment has been made, an eligible refund will be processed according to the original payment method where applicable.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, cancellation, modification, or changes are not guaranteed.
This includes changes to:
- Size
- Color
- Product selection
- Shipping address
- Contact details
- Payment method
- Customs or identification details
Due to our limited stock model, order preparation process, and fast fulfillment timelines, Somarelle may be unable to cancel or amend orders after checkout.
Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, handed over to the courier, or is already in transit, it can no longer be cancelled as a standard cancellation request.
If a customer refuses delivery, requests cancellation after dispatch, provides incorrect details, fails to provide required customs information, or fails to receive the order, all related shipping, courier, return-to-origin, customs, clearance, handling, storage, and re-delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees, delivery timelines, free shipping thresholds, and regional delivery conditions are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Customs processing
- Peak seasons
- Public holidays
- Incorrect customer details
- Missing customs information
- Customer unavailability
- External circumstances outside Somarelle’s control
Somarelle is not responsible for delays caused by courier providers, customs authorities, incomplete addresses, unpaid charges where applicable, incorrect customer details, missing customs information, or customer unavailability.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
8. UAE Orders
For UAE orders, applicable tax or VAT will be shown at checkout where required.
Cash on Delivery may be available within the UAE only where offered at checkout.
Tamara and Tabby may be available for eligible UAE orders only, subject to approval and availability at checkout.
9. GCC Orders — Duties & Import Charges
For selected GCC countries, Somarelle may ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where stated at checkout.
For Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman, applicable standard customs duties, destination VAT, import taxes, and standard clearance-related charges are handled through Somarelle’s delivery partner where available. Customers are not expected to pay these standard import charges separately upon delivery unless additional charges arise due to incorrect customer information, missing customs information, failed delivery, refused delivery, remote area charges, customs revaluation, or other exceptional cases.
For Qatar, duties, destination VAT, import taxes, customs charges, or clearance fees may apply depending on the final customs assessment. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated as included at checkout.
Additional charges may still apply in exceptional cases, including remote area surcharges, address correction fees, re-delivery charges, storage fees, refused delivery fees, return-to-origin fees, or charges caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information.
These exceptional charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.
10. Customs ID Requirements
Certain international orders may require customer identification details for customs clearance.
- Saudi Arabia: Orders above AED 999 may require customer National ID details, including ID number, ID expiry date, full name, and date of birth.
- Oman: Customer ID details are required for all Oman orders.
Customers must provide accurate and complete ID details when requested. Delays, customs holds, failed delivery, return-to-origin charges, additional courier fees, or customs charges caused by missing, incorrect, incomplete, expired, or rejected ID details are the responsibility of the customer.
Somarelle may hold fulfillment until required customs ID details are received and verified for shipment processing.
11. Qatar & International Orders Where Duties Are Not Included
For Qatar and for orders outside the GCC, including Europe, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Israel, and other eligible international destinations, customs duties, destination VAT, import taxes, clearance fees, courier charges, or government charges may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they are clearly stated as included at checkout.
Somarelle is not responsible for orders delayed, refused, held, returned, or charged additional fees due to customs authorities, unpaid import charges, incorrect customer information, missing customs information, or import restrictions in the destination country.
12. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Because Somarelle pieces may be designed with built-in support, contouring structure, and hygiene-sensitive features, certain items may be non-returnable or may only be returned under strict conditions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the return policy carefully before purchasing.
Somarelle reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the required conditions.
Return, exchange, cancellation-related, refused delivery, and return-to-origin shipping costs are not covered by Somarelle unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or the cost is expressly approved by Somarelle in writing.
Original shipping fees, express shipping fees, cash on delivery fees, remote area charges, address correction fees, re-delivery fees, customs charges, clearance fees, return courier charges, refused delivery charges, and return-to-origin fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved by Somarelle due to a confirmed fault.
For DDP orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs-related charges absorbed by Somarelle for the original outbound delivery are not refundable as a separate amount and do not cover return-related duties, taxes, courier charges, or customs fees.
13. Promotions, Discounts & Offers
Somarelle may offer promotions, discount codes, private sales, VIP offers, limited-time campaigns, or seasonal offers.
Promotional conditions may vary by campaign, country, customer group, product, or order value.
Somarelle reserves the right to:
- Modify or cancel promotions at any time
- Reject misuse of discount codes
- Limit one promotion per order
- Exclude sale or promotional items from returns
- Refuse orders where promotional errors or abuse are detected
- Apply different promotions, prices, or offers by market
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Sale, promotional, or discounted items may be final sale unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
14. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account on the Somarelle website to manage orders, addresses, wishlist items, and customer details where available.
Customers are responsible for keeping account login details secure.
Somarelle is not responsible for unauthorized account access caused by customer negligence, shared passwords, compromised login details, or failure to protect account information.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content is the exclusive property of Somarelle unless otherwise stated.
This includes:
- Logos
- Brand name
- Product images
- Videos
- Website copy
- Product descriptions
- Graphics
- Designs
- Campaign content
- Social media assets
- Branding materials
Any unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Somarelle content is strictly prohibited.
16. User Responsibilities
By using the Somarelle website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent activity

- Misuse promotional codes or offers
- Copy or misuse Somarelle content
- Interfere with website performance
- Place orders with the intention of abuse, fraud, or resale without approval
Violation of these terms may result in order cancellation, account restriction, refusal of service, or legal action where applicable.

Somarelle may use third-party providers to operate the website and complete services, including payment gateways, shipping partners, buy now pay later providers, analytics tools, marketing platforms, Shopify applications, and courier services.
Somarelle is not responsible for third-party service interruptions, errors, delays, approvals, declines, payment provider decisions, courier issues, customs processing, or technical issues outside our control.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, conditions, fees, and privacy policies.
18. Website Accuracy & Technical Errors
Somarelle aims to keep all website content accurate and updated.
However, errors may occasionally occur, including pricing errors, product availability errors, typographical errors, discount errors, shipping fee errors, tax display errors, or technical issues.
Somarelle reserves the right to correct errors, update information, cancel affected orders, refuse transactions, or amend order details where necessary.
19. Limitation of Liability
Somarelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, services, or inability to access the website.
Where legally permitted, Somarelle’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product related to the claim.
Somarelle is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of products, incorrect size selection, failure to follow care instructions, unauthorized use of our website, third-party service issues, courier delays, customs delays, incorrect customer information, missing customs information, or customer unavailability.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates.
