We recommend hand washing or gentle cold machine washing where suitable. Do not bleach. Air dry only. Avoid tumble drying to help protect the fabric and elasticity.
Can I iron my Somarelle pieces?
Please follow the care label on each garment. If ironing is allowed, use low heat and avoid direct heat on delicate fabrics, embellishments, or support structures.
How can I keep the sculpted fit in good condition?
Wash gently, avoid harsh chemicals, air dry, and store carefully. Proper care helps maintain the shape, fabric quality, and comfort of your Somarelle piece.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
What happens if I return a Cash on Delivery order?
Cash on Delivery orders are not refunded in cash or to card. Approved COD returns are refunded as store credit or size exchange where applicable. Store credit is valid for 6 months.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed. Please review all details carefully before completing checkout.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted only when items meet Somarelle's return conditions. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Hygiene stickers must remain attached.
What is the return window for UAE orders?
UAE returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return conditions.
What is the return window for international orders?
International returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return conditions.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact Somarelle within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos and order details are required. Once approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued.

Why do I see different currencies on the website?

Will I be charged more because checkout is in AED?
Somarelle does not add hidden currency conversion fees. The final checkout amount is shown before payment. Any currency conversion or international card fee is controlled by your bank or card provider.

Can I change my size after placing an order?
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or changed. Please review your size, color, and shipping details carefully before completing checkout.
Can I move comfortably in Somarelle pieces?
Yes. Somarelle pieces are designed for real-life movement, including sitting, walking, working, travelling, and socializing. The support is intended to move naturally with your body.
Is the sculpting support visible under clothing?

Customers are not expected to pay these standard import charges separately upon delivery unless additional charges arise due to incorrect customer information, missing customs information, failed delivery, refused delivery, remote area charges, customs revaluation, or other exceptional cases.

Free shipping thresholds are calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before shipping fees, taxes, duties, customs charges, or any additional fees.
For Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman orders shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, standard import duties and taxes are handled by Somarelle for the original outbound delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout.
For Qatar and non-GCC international orders, free shipping does not include:

- Address correction fees
- Re-delivery charges

Any additional courier, customs, or government charges may be billed to the customer where applicable.
Customs ID Requirements
Certain international orders require customer identification details for customs clearance.
- Saudi Arabia: Orders above AED 999 may require customer National ID details, including ID number, ID expiry date, full name, and date of birth.
- Oman: Customer ID details are required for all Oman orders.
Customers must provide accurate and complete ID details when requested. Delays, customs holds, failed delivery, return-to-origin charges, additional courier fees, or customs charges caused by missing, incorrect, incomplete, expired, or rejected ID details are the responsibility of the customer.
Somarelle may hold fulfillment until required customs ID details are received and verified for shipment processing.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, and fulfillment timelines.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, peak periods, or promotional campaigns may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp where available.
Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery & Undeliverable Orders
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing contact details, missing customs ID details, customer unavailability, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid duties where applicable, Somarelle reserves the right to deduct or charge all related shipping, return, customs, courier, and handling fees.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Remote Area & Additional Courier Charges
Some locations may be classified as remote areas by the courier.
If a remote area surcharge, address correction fee, re-delivery fee, storage fee, or additional courier charge applies, Somarelle reserves the right to request payment before dispatch or deduct the amount from any eligible refund or store credit.
