Size Guide
Our pieces are cut for a firm, sculpting fit. Use your body measurements — not your usual dress size — to choose, and you'll get it right first time.
Firm sculpting fit. True to size. If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

How to measure
Use a soft tape measure, keep it level and snug — not tight — and measure over light clothing or bare skin.
  • Bust Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
  • Waist Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
  • Hip Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, with your feet together.
Getting the perfect fit
  • Choose your size by your largest measurement — if your bust is a M but your hips are an L, size to the L.
  • Between two sizes? Size up. Our sculpting fabric holds its shape, so the larger size still flatters.
  • Our built-in shapewear styles smooth and support without squeezing — no separate shapewear needed.
