At Somarelle, every order is prepared with care, quality control, and premium presentation. We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Wherever you are, standard delivery is on us. No thresholds to reach, no fine print on the shipping fee — we've removed it entirely so you can shop for the piece you love, not the amount you need to spend to unlock free delivery.
Free Worldwide Shipping — How It Works
- Standard shipping is free on all orders, to every country we deliver to, with no minimum order value.
- Free shipping applies automatically at checkout — no code needed.
- Free shipping covers the standard outbound delivery fee only. Express or upgraded delivery, where offered, may carry an additional charge shown at checkout.
- Every order is sent with secure, premium Somarelle packaging.
Free shipping refers to the standard outbound delivery service. It does not cover customs duties, destination VAT, import taxes, clearance fees, remote-area surcharges, address-correction fees, re-delivery charges, return shipping, exchange re-delivery, refused-delivery charges, or return-to-origin fees, which are described below and, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the customer.

United Arab Emirates — UAE
- Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders — no minimum
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping: AED 59 (optional) — 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Cash on Delivery: Available within the UAE only, where offered at checkout
- Packaging: Premium Somarelle packaging included where applicable
For UAE orders, any applicable UAE tax or VAT will be shown and calculated at checkout where required.
UAE returns and exchanges: return pickup and exchange re-delivery within the UAE are charged at AED 25 per pickup, payable by the customer.
GCC Countries — Duties & Import Charges
For selected GCC countries, Somarelle may ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where stated at checkout.
For Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman, applicable standard import duties, destination VAT, customs duties, and standard clearance-related charges are handled through Somarelle's delivery partner where available. Customers are not expected to pay these standard import charges separately upon delivery unless additional charges arise due to incorrect customer information, missing customs information, failed delivery, refused delivery, remote area charges, customs revaluation, or other exceptional cases.
Cash on Delivery is not available outside the UAE.
Saudi Arabia

International Shipping
Standard shipping is free with no minimum to all international destinations we deliver to.
Where duties, destination VAT, or import taxes are collected at checkout, this will be clearly shown before you pay and no further charges will be requested on delivery.
Where duties, destination VAT, import taxes, customs fees, or clearance fees are not included, they may be collected by the courier, customs authority, or destination country on arrival. These charges are set by your local authorities, are outside Somarelle's control, and are the responsibility of the customer. The applicable treatment for your destination is shown at checkout.

For Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman orders shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, standard import duties and taxes are handled by Somarelle for the original outbound delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Free outbound shipping does not entitle a customer to free return or exchange shipping. Return and exchange shipping costs are set out in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy, and are the customer's responsibility except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Returns & Exchange Shipping
All returns are received at our fulfilment centre in the United Arab Emirates. When your return or exchange is approved, we will confirm the correct return address and shipping method for your country.
- Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Exchange re-delivery is paid by the customer.
- Within the UAE, return pickup and exchange re-delivery are charged at AED 25 per pickup.
- For international returns, costs vary by destination and parcel weight. Where you ask us to arrange collection, we will quote the exact cost before booking so you can decide whether to proceed or use your own carrier.
Duties, taxes, and clearance fees already paid on an outbound order are not refundable by Somarelle. You may be able to reclaim them directly from your local customs authority.
Please do not send anything back before your return has been approved and you have received return instructions from us.
Customs ID Requirements
Certain international orders require customer identification details for customs clearance.
- Saudi Arabia: Orders above AED 999 may require customer National ID details, including ID number, ID expiry date, full name, and date of birth.
- Oman: Customer ID details are required for all Oman orders.
Customers must provide accurate and complete ID details when requested. Delays, customs holds, failed delivery, return-to-origin charges, additional courier fees, or customs charges caused by missing, incorrect, incomplete, expired, or rejected ID details are the responsibility of the customer.
Somarelle may hold fulfilment until required customs ID details are received and verified.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, and fulfilment timelines.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, peak periods, or promotional campaigns may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS where available.
Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery & Undeliverable Orders
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing contact details, missing customs ID details, customer unavailability, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid duties where applicable, Somarelle reserves the right to charge or deduct all related shipping, return, customs, courier, and handling fees from any store credit or refund issued, except where the customer is exercising a statutory right of cancellation or return under the applicable law of their country.
Remote Area & Additional Courier Charges
Some locations may be classified as remote areas by the courier. If a remote area surcharge, address correction fee, re-delivery fee, storage fee, or additional courier charge applies, Somarelle reserves the right to request payment before dispatch or deduct the amount from any eligible refund or store credit.
Countries Not Available at Checkout
Somarelle ships to the countries and regions available at checkout. If your country is not shown at checkout, delivery may not currently be supported for your location. Somarelle reserves the right to update regional availability, delivery timelines, and courier options at any time.
Delivery Notes
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, peak seasons, weather conditions, promotional periods, or circumstances outside Somarelle's control.
Somarelle is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier providers, incomplete addresses, unpaid duties where applicable, incorrect customer details, missing customs ID information, or customer unavailability.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country, including any right to a remedy where delivery fails or is unreasonably delayed.
